Done my Basic First Aid course here and let me tell you, Arthur the trainer is amazing! His knowledge and overall people skills made the course less nerve wrecking. When you first walk in, you never really know what to expect and how difficult the course may be. Arthur’s welcoming and positive attitude meant that the nerves disappeared and the mind was focused. His overall knowledge and ability to teach us this course is outstanding! He is able to demonstrate the learning guide of this course easily. I learnt a lot from this course as it is very informing and the booklet you get for preparation of the questionnaire is amazing! Contains so much information that is relevant and useful! Would recommend doing this course.

My First Aid + CPR training session at Chatswood was very good. Our instructor was very clear and concise. Key information, he repeated a couple times. I've been keeping my certification current for almost 20 years - this session was one of the better sessions! I would highly recommend this class for both beginners (engaging) and those who have done it before, but need to renew their certification (no waffle).
