The instructor (Jennifer) made the learning light hearted but professional With a perfect mix of comedy and professional information keeping the class engaged with the subject. Very hard to achieve with any subject let alone first aid. Also the facilities at rockingham pcyc were clean and the room we learnt in had good aircon the only problems were the hard floor having to be on our knees for some time and the size of the room was a little small for the size of the class (26) But we made do. Overall I enjoyed the learning experience

Booked a 4-hr session for CPR and First Aid. The session itself is wonderful. Judy’s delivery was very engaging and informative, especially some recent updates on regulations and procedures, combining with inspiring stories. I had plenty of time to learn from both theories and practices. Just two concerns - the price match doesn’t work well. Even if I checked out with a discounted price displayed, they still charged me full price. I called the CS and they said it is a system error. Hope they will fix this soon; and I didn’t receive the certificate on the same day, as advertised, so anyone who is in urgent of getting the certificate needs to be prepared for some admin delays as well.

My First Aid + CPR training session at Chatswood was very good. Our instructor was very clear and concise. Key information, he repeated a couple times. I've been keeping my certification current for almost 20 years - this session was one of the better sessions! I would highly recommend this class for both beginners (engaging) and those who have done it before, but need to renew their certification (no waffle).
